Recently Joe Kubert died. This is truly a shame. I'm not going to use this space to talk about how shitty DC has been about it, since that's pretty much been covered. I just want to say that those I respect in the comics industry are few and far between and Joe Kubert was at the very top of the list.
I never got the impression that he was a disingenuous person and he was always working hard at something. It seems to me we could all learn a thing or two from him.
