I was tempted to fill my headline with a bunch of Oscars buzzwords, but that struck me as tacky. Anyways, I've been delaying reading Superman and Batman vs Aliens and Predator (which was released in 2007) for months now, which has kept me from reading/reviewing other comics. I bit the bullet and read the first of two issues and decided I really didn't need to bother.

Head's up: Week 10/7/12-10/13/12
This coming week I'll be taking a look at Marvel's Space Punisher, a comic where (I assume) Frank Castle swears a war on space for killing his family, driving around in a (space) war wagon, and killing space with guns.
I'm continuing to read Days of Destruction, Days of Revolt by Hedges and Sacco, thoughts on that soon, though it's barely a comic.

Review: First X-Men #1
First X-men is a new(ish) comic part of the Marvel NOW! cash grab. It features Wolverine forming his very own team of X-Men. It's not like that other book where Wolverine forms his own team of X-men, or his own force of X-men, because, y'know, it takes place in the 70's.

Errata: Jordancon 2012
Apparently there is already a Jordancon paying tribute to author Robert Jordan. Go figure. As a result of this misfortune all future Clogged sponsored conventions will be known as JordanWorld. Not to be confused or associated with the Jordan World Circus, or Michael Jordan's World, or Jordan's Elvis World.
